Our humble history began in the mid 1990s. We began as an Asian supermarket. During that time, we began to build a customer base in the food service industry. As our food service business grew rapidly, we decided to become a purveyor of Pan-Asian food. As our customers have grown, we have grown with them. In 1997, we formed C&H Trading Incorporated to service the food service industry. Because of our experience in the retail industry, we understand the breath of Asian products and know where to source these items to meet your special needs. We continue to research the local Chicago area Asian retailer to learn the latest products within the industry. Our customers can depend on us to be in the forefront of product availability within the Pan-Asian industry. Today, our customers are the forefront Pan-Asian restaurants, and we are happy help them make those achievements.
